Cancellation & Refund Policy for Digital Books (In Short)
- All Sales Final Upon Download: Once a digital book is downloaded, accessed, or streamed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the file has not been downloaded or accessed.
- Eligible Refunds: Full refunds are granted only for:
- Corrupted or unreadable files that support cannot fix within 48 hours.
- System errors where access was not delivered after payment.
- Accidental duplicate purchases made within 24 hours.
- Ineligible Refunds: Change of mind, device incompatibility, or accidental purchase after download.
- How to Request: Email supportbookvihar@gmail.com within 7 days with your Order ID and receipt. Approved refunds take 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued in original source of payment method.
